Reconstructing the context…
The reason for the delay, who can resolve it, and the delivery deadline.
Use case · SalesAn account's history is spread across the CRM, email, meetings and quotes. We link all of it in a company memory, without changing your tools, and we work with your team to build the agents that prepare meetings, quotes and RFP responses.
The answers exist. They are spread across four tools and a few people. Here is what changes with a memory that links them.
| Today | With the company memory | |
|---|---|---|
| Where does this account's quote stand? | The CRM says "pending." The reason is in an email or a meeting nobody can find. | The quote, the meeting where it was discussed and the email that explains the blocker, linked, with the next action. |
| What did we promise this customer last time? | Known to the rep who met them, or in meeting notes that were never written. | What was said in the last conversation, time-stamped and sourced, available before the next meeting. |
| What discount can we offer on this product? | A rule two people know, applied from memory, with differences from one rep to the next. | The rule, its exceptions and the previous cases, retrieved with their source. |
| Have we already responded to an RFP like this one? | Previous responses sit in shared folders under different names, and nobody has time to reread them. | Comparable responses, reusable sections and what worked or did not, in a few minutes. |
| What happens to this account when its rep leaves? | The history leaves with them. Their successor starts over from the CRM records. | Their successor has the account's full history: conversations, commitments and decisions. |
The decisive email names neither the customer nor the quote. In this example, a traditional agent-based search misses it. The graph retrieves it through its connections and reveals what is blocking the signature.
Why hasn’t Maison Rivelle signed the quote?

“No signature until the slot is confirmed. Nadia will check with logistics: delivery needed before November 18.”
Linked to the sales meeting. No customer name or quote number in this email. We replace nothing. The tools your team already uses feed the memory continuously, within each person's access rights.
Is one of your tools missing from this list? We connect it during deployment.
The meeting is prepared, the quote is pre-filled, the history is available. The rep spends their time selling, not piecing the context back together from four tools.
Previous responses, negotiated terms and applicable discounts are retrieved in minutes. The team reviews and approves; it does not start from a blank page.
What was promised, decided or lost on an account is linked, time-stamped and sourced. A departure or a reorganization no longer resets the account to zero.
Part of how your team sells is not written down anywhere. Our interview agents gather it from your reps and add it to the memory, alongside everything else.
The official discount schedule exists. The exceptions, the thresholds negotiated account by account and what management accepts at quarter end are known only to those who apply them.
The CRM contact is not always the one who signs. Who decides, who slows things down, what tipped the last negotiation: that knowledge sits with the rep who owns the account.
The CRM records "lost." The reason, the competitor chosen and what should have been done differently come up in a team meeting, then are forgotten.
No off-the-shelf agents. Each one is designed with your reps, for a specific need your team has, on top of a memory where all the data is already linked. Four examples among many others.
A one-page brief: the account history, the latest conversations, open commitments, open quotes and the points to raise. The rep reads it in five minutes instead of reopening four tools.
Who stays in control. Read by the rep. Nothing is sent to the customer.
The quote is built from the account's information, the usual products, the negotiated terms and the applicable discounts, then submitted to the rep.
Who stays in control. The rep approves before it is sent.
The agent matches the requirements against previous responses, assembles a first draft from already-approved sections and flags the questions the memory cannot answer.
Who stays in control. The team reviews and completes it. The final version remains theirs.
Pending quotes, sorted by deadline and amount, with the known reason for the delay when there is one and a suggested follow-up.
Who stays in control. The rep decides whether to send it.
These four agents are only a sample. Once the team's data is linked, an agent can be built for every task that deserves one: qualifying inbound leads, monitoring key accounts, a weekly summary for management, alerts on quotes that drift from negotiated terms. Tell us what takes up your team's time, and we will build the agent for it.
Each role puts these questions to the memory through the AI your teams already use, or to your agents. Every answer cites its sources.
Sees the whole pipeline, discount deviations and stalled deals, without waiting for Monday's report.
Walks into the meeting with the account's full history, and walks out with no data entry left to do.
Checks negotiated terms and order status without chasing the rep.
At one manufacturer, customer history, contracts and correspondence were brought together in the company memory. Agents draw their context from it to respond to inquiries and quote requests without re-entering data.
The result was measured on RFP responses, where two people previously spent two days each finding and reassembling what already existed.
The Company Brain is not a sales tool: it is the company's memory. The account history linked for sales also serves sales operations, support and finance. Start with one area, measure the result, then decide whether to expand.
The questions sales teams ask before getting started. If yours is not here, ask us directly.
No. We connect to the CRM you use, whether HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or an in-house tool, and it remains the system of record, where your team keeps entering data. The memory links what it contains to email, meetings and quotes; it does not replace it.
No. They will actually enter less. The memory is built from what already exists: email, calendars, meeting notes, quotes. Our interview agents capture the rest in one interview per person. Nothing extra is asked of them day to day.
Each person and each agent queries the memory within their own access rights. A rep sees their accounts and what the company has chosen to share; a head of sales sees their whole team's accounts. Access rights are the ones already set in your tools, carried over when we connect them.
Most often a portfolio of accounts or one team, with an agent that is useful within the first few weeks: meeting prep or quote follow-ups. We measure, then we expand.
They keep using it. The memory is exposed via MCP: the AI your reps already use queries it directly, within their access rights, and cites its sources.
Thirty minutes: your tools, your accounts, and the first agent that would save your team time.
